GTA: The record date for the cash dividend payment 2016

On April 12, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.464/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (Stock code: GTA) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: April 21, 2017

-          Record date: April 24, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends payment for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: May 19, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company as from May 19, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
