On April 14, 2017, Cat Loi Joint Stock Company (Stock code: CLC) issued Announcement No.220/TB-CPCL regarding the record date for the cash dividend payment 2016 as follows:

-          Record date: May 05, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends payment for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND 2,000/ share).

-          Payment date: May 26, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Cat Loi Joint Stock Company (Address: No.934D2, D street, Cat Lai Industrial zone, Thanh My Loi ward, 2 District, HCMC) as from May 26, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
