ELC: The record date for the cash dividend payment 2016

On April 11, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.455/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (Stock code: ELC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: April 19, 2017

-          Record date: April 20, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends payment for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 6%/ par value (VND 600/ share).

-          Payment date: May 11, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (address: Floor 11^th Elcom Building, Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City) as from May 11, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
