SRF: BODs Resolution No.03 dated April 17, 2017 On April 17, 2017, Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation issued Resolution No.03/NQ-HĐQT about the implementation of a plan for issuance of shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity as follows:
- Stock name: Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
- Issuing method: right implementation
- Exercise ratio: 3:1 (shareholder who owns 03 shares will receive 01 new share)
- Issuing object: existing shareholders
- Charter capital: 243,749,160,000 dongs
- Number of treasury shares: 13,040 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 24,361,876 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,120,625 shares
- Total value of shares expected to be issued (on par value): 81,206,250,000 dongs
- Charter capital after issuing: 324,955,410,000 dongs
- Time of implementation: within 45 days as from the date of notice of State Securities Committee received full documents.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled
- For example, if shareholder A owns 100 shares at the record date, he will receive 33 new shares. The fractional part ( 0.33 share) will be cancelled
