S4A: Decision on tax penalties

Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company (S4A) announced Decision No.131 by the Tax Department of Gia Lai Province on tax penalties dated April 12, 2017 as follows:

1. Value-added tax arrears: VND1,850,549 dongs
2. Corporate income tax arrears: VND9,294,000 dongs
3. Personal income tax arrears: VND150,000 dongs
4. Penalty for false declaration: VND2,258,910 dongs
5. Penalty for late payment: VND1,081,912 dongs

        Total: VND14,635,371 dongs
