SBT: BODs Resolution of the 2017 EGM

According to the Resolution No.05/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 18, 2017, BODs of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company approved some of contents of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2017 as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected in May or June 2017

-          Meeting venue: at SBT, Tan Hung commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province.

-          Content:

+ Incorporate policy and plan for all outstanding shares conversion of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company.

+ Issuance of shares to convert all outstanding shares conversion of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company according to the incorporation contract, depository, additional listing of stock issuance.

+ Supplementary business lines after incorporation

+ Draft on the company’s charter after Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company merged into Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.

+ Business plan after incorporation.

+ Other issues.
