SFG: Board Resolution No.13

The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.13 dated December 14, 2015 as follows:

1)    To approve the plan for organization and management.

-          To establish Sales Department No.1, Sales Department No.2, Sales Department No.3a, Sales Department No.3b based on the restructuring and reorganization of human resource and market partitioning of Hiep Phuoc Fertilizer Plant, Cuu Long Fertilizer Plan, Long Thanh Super Phosphate Plant, Market Department of the Company.

-          To establish Marketing and PR Department.

-          To rename the Sales Department to the Planning and Commercial Department.

2)    To approve the plan for resource of leaders and managers for 2016 – 2021.

3)    This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
