BGM: BGM signs a joint venture agreement

According to the Board resolution dated December 22, 2015, the Board of Directors of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company approved the proposal of Mr. Pham Hong Thang, Chairman cum CEO, regarding a joint venture in the form of co-ownership of assets with Industry Development Co., Ltd. (*). The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Pham Hong Thang to sign the joint venture agreement with Industry Development Co., Ltd. 

(*) The company name is temporarily translated.
