TSC: TSC invests in West Food Company

According to Board Resolution No.125 dated December 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called TSC) approved the capital contribution to purchase the shares of West Food Company (hereinafter called WFC):

-          Ratio of capital contribution: TSC invests VND95,447,390,000, or 95.45% charter capital of WFC.

-          Time of capital contribution: from December 21, 2015 to the end of December 22, 2015.
