SGT: SGT fined for administrative violation

On December 21, 2015, the State Securities Commission issued Decision No.1145/QD-XPVPHC regarding the administrative sanction in the securities field and the securities market for Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (Saigontel Corp).

Accordingly, Saigontel Corp was sanctioned VND85 million for administrative violation. Saigontel Corp did not disclose the financial statements under the laws (the audited consolidated financial statements for 2013, the consolidated statements for Quarter I, II, III/2014, the reviewed consolidated statements for six months of 2014).
