SBT: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2014 - 2015

The Board of Directors approved to pay interim cash dividend for fiscal year 2014 - 2015:

-          Record date:  December 22, 2015

-          Payment date: January 15, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND 700/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
