On December 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1196/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (stock code: BMC) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 22, 2015

-          Record date: December 24, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2014  

-          Payment date: January 07, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (Address: 11 Ha Huy Tap St., Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province) as from January 07, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
