On December 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1189/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company (stock code: SBT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 18, 2015

-          Record date: December 22, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay interim cash dividend for fiscal year 2014 - 2015

-          Payment date: January 15, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company (Address: Tan Hung Commune, Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province) as from January 26, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
