On December 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1201/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (stock code: GDT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 18, 2015

-          Record date: December 22, 2015

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Purpose: to pay the second cash dividends for 2015

-          Payment date: December 30, 2015

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company as from December 30, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
