ROS: Board approved to receive the transfer of shares

According to the Resolution No.13/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 03, 2017, BODs of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares in Biscom Golf Management Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Number of shares expected to buy: 40,000,000 shares (40% of charter capital of Biscom Golf Management JSC)

-          Stock type: common share, free transfer

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Purchase price: 20,000dongs/share

-          Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh is a representative of stake of ROS in Biscom Golf Management Joint Stock Company.
