KSH: Extension of time for settlement of shares

Based on the Resolution No.0304/NQ.HĐQT dated April 03, 2017. BOSDs of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved an extension of time for settlement of shares in the private placement & ESOP as follows:

1. BODs approved an extension of time for settlement of shares from the strategic shareholders in the private placement from March 28, 2017 to April 14, 2017 (instead of dated from March 28, 2017 to April 03, 2017).
2. BODs approved an extension of time for settlement of shares from the officers & employees in an issue under ESOP from March 28, 2017 to April 14, 2017 (instead of dated from March 28, 2017 to April 03, 2017).
