NVL: NVL cancels seeking shareholders’ opinions

According to the resolution dated March 30, 2017, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation decided to cancel the consultation of shareholders in writing on a private offering according to the shareholders list of record date of February 15, 2017.

Reason: The Board of Directors will submit the content of private offering to the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be organized on April 27, 2017, to replace the consultation of shareholders above.
