HMC: Board resolution on bank loans

VNSTEEL - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation (HMC) announced the Board resolution dated April 04, 2017 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to take short-term loans and open letters, underwriting at Orient Commercial Bank (OCB) – Cho Lon Branch with the total credit limit of VND100 billion to raise its working capital.
