Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 30, 2017 with the main contents as follows:

-          Approving the agenda, documents of the 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders.

-          Approving to take short-term loans at VietinBank – Hong Bang Branch (Hai Phong city) in 2017 with the credit limit of VND60 billion.

-          Assigning the CEO to plan a stock offering of An Phu Joint Stock Company and submit the plan to the Board of Directors.
