HAG: Resolution on record date for collecting shareholders’ opinion

Based on Resolution No.1204/17/NQ-HĐQT dated April 12, 2017, BODs of HAGL Joint Stock Company approved the record date for collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

-          Record date:  expected in April 2017

-          Purpose: to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing about adjustment of the conversion price of HAG-CB2011 convertible bond.

-          Time of implementation: expected in May 2017
