BHS: The certificate for public offering extended

On April 05, 2017, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam approved the extension for public offering of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Certificate for Public Offering No.04/GCN-UBCK dated January 19, 2017 was extended to the end of May 18, 2017. During the extension, BHS Group Joint Stock Company must complete the public offering.
