According to the Resolution No.11/NQ-HĐQT dated April 11, 2017, BODs of I.D.I International Development and Investment Corporation approved the divestment in Nhut Hong Joint Stock Company to transfer to the Sao Mai Group Corporation as follows:

-          Stock name: Nhut Hong Joint Stock Company

-          Price: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares transfer: 1,000,000 shares

-          Amount: 10,000,000,000 dongs
