KSH: Decision on tax penalties

KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announces the decision dated November 04, 2016 by the Department of Taxation of Ha Noi City regarding administrative sanctions for violations at KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company for the period of 2014 and 2015 as follows:

Total tax penalty: VND679,669,336, including the main items as follows:

1. Total tax arrears: VND451,338,379. Of which:

-          VAT arrears: VND343,939,791 (Year 2014)

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND97,285,288 (Year 2014)

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND10,113,300 (Year 2014)

1. Penalty for false declaration: VND90,267,676  
2. Penalty for late payment: VND130,063,282
