NAF: Setting up a subsidiary

Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-   Name of the subsidiary: Nafoods Southern Joint Stock Company

-        Address: Hoc Thom 1 Hamlet, Hoa Khanh Tay Commune, Duc Hoa District, Long An Province.

-        Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company contributed 65% of the charter capital of Nafoods Southern Joint Stock Company).

-        Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung was authorized to mange VND78 billion of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company in Nafoods Southern Joint Stock Company.
