NAF: NAF raises the owning ratio in South Nafoods

On January 14, 2017, BODs of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved to buy back 3,600,000 shares (VND36,000,000,000) equivalent to 30% of charter capital of South Nafoods Joint Stock Company of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung who is a shareholder of South Nafoods Joint Stock Company. So, the owning ratio of NAF in South Nafoods Joint Stock Company will raise from 65% to 95%.
