- Name of company: DIC North Investment Construction J.S.C.
- Short name: DIC Phuong Bac or DIC North
- Address: 265 Le Hong Phong Street, Ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
- Legal representative: Chairman of BODs of DIG
- Charter capital: VND155,000,000,000, in which:
+ DIC Corp contributed: VND147,250,000,000 (95% of charter capital)
+ Thien Tan JSC contributed: VND4,650,000,000 (03% of charter capital)
+ Mr. Pham Van Thanh contributed: VND3,100,000,000 (02% of charter capital) HOSE
