CII: CII raises the owning ratio in VPII

On January 16, 2017, BODs of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved to raise the owning ratio of CII in Vinaphil Technology Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (VPII)  over 99.99%. So, VPII will become a subsidiary of CII, effective from January 16, 2017.
