CII: CII raises the owning ratio in CII B&R

On January 17, 2017, BODs of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved to raise the owning ratio of CII in CII B&R from 49% up to 53.95%. So, CII B&R will become a subsidiary of CII.
