LBM: Resolution on business performance in 2016 Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated January 16, 2017 as follows:
Article 1: The Board approved the business performance in 2016:
- Revenue: VND328,753,706,000 (112.66% of year’s plan)
- Profit before tax: VND48,729,736,000 (113.32% of year’s plan)
- Basic depreciation: VND20,748,056,000
- Total wage fund: VND40,822,922,000
Article 2: The Board approved the business plan for 2017:
- Revenue: VND330,000,000,000
- Profit before tax: VND42,000,000,000
- Basic depreciation: VND19,409,000,000
- Total wage fund: VND42,900,000,000
- Wage unit: VND130 on VND1,000 of revenue
- Dividend: 25%
Article 3: The Board approved to liquidate two vehicles.
Article 4: The Board approved to invest in one van.
Article 5: The Board approved to assign two representatives and one supervisor at Hiep Thanh Company for term 2017 – 2021.
Article 6: The Board approved the policy on building a factory in Cam Ly Workshop.
Article 7: The Board approved to organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting and to pay the final dividend for 2016:
