On December 06, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1244/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company (Stock code: LM8) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 04, 2017

-          Record date: January 05, 2017

-          Purpose: to pay interim cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: January 20, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company (address: 9-19 Ho Tung Mau Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCM City) as from January 20, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
