On December 08, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1250/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company (Stock code: NT2) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 21, 2016

-          Record date: December 22, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay the 2^nd cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND 1,000/ share).

-          Payment date: January 12, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company (Hamlet 3, Phuoc Khanh commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province) as from January 12, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
