GAS: The record date for cash dividend payment 2016

On December 12, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1258/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (Stock code: GAS) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: December 22, 2016

-          Record date: December 23, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay interim cash dividends for 2016.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 23%/ par value (VND 2,300/ share).

-          Payment date: January 13, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+      Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas Tower Building, No. 673 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, HCM City) as from January 13, 2017. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
