KPF: Resolution on change of personnel

KPF Consultant International Project Joint Stock Company (KPF) announced the Board resolution dated November 25, 2016 as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thoa as Member of Board of Directors, effective from November 25, 2016.

-          Appointing Mr. Dang Quang Thai as Member of Board of Directors, effective from November 25, 2016.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh to replace Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan as Deputy CEO, responsible for finance.
