On December 01, 2016, Board of Directors of Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company approved to change of personnel as follows:

-          Board approved to resign Mr. Bui Chien Thang as member of BoD as December 01, 2016.

-          Board approved to appoint Mr. Phan Tuan Linh as member of BoD & a representative of stake of Hai Phong Port Corporation in DVP as December 02, 2016.
