TTF: Board resolution on Board members and branches

Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation announced Board Resolution No.104 dated November 28, 2016 as follows:

1. Approving the dissolution of branches in Ha Noi city, Ho Chi Minh city and Binh Duong city.
2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Thanh Tu, Mr. Vo Diep Van Tuan and Mr. Bui Thanh Dat as Deputy CEOs.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Vo Truong Thanh and Mr. Vo Diep Van Tuan as Members of the Board of Directors.

    4. Appointing Ms. Duong Trinh Thuy Nhu, Standing Deputy CEO, as Member of the Board of Directors.
