VOS: Resolution on the supplementary personnel

On November 29, 2016, Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.106 about the change of personnel as follows:

Article 1: Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Quang Chinh as member of BoD. He will replace for Mr. Truong Ngoc Lan.

Articles 2: This Resolution will be effective from November 29, 2016.
