KAC: Contrico becomes an associate company of KAC

According to the share certificate dated March 22, 2016, Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company (KAC) owns 26% total outstanding shares of Construction & Real Estate Joint Stock Company III (CONTRICO). Therefore, KAC becomes an associate company as well as a major shareholder of CONTRICO.
