CII: The ownership ratio at NBB decreased to 19.99%

On March 28, 2016, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) reported the change of ownership ratio by major shareholder at NBB. Accordingly, CII decreased the ownership ratio at NBB to 19.99%. Therefore, in the Quarter1.2016 consolidated financial statements, NBB is not an associate company of CII any longer.
