PGI: Announcement of Board Resolution Petrolimex Insurance Corporation announced its revenue and profit in 2015 and plan for 2016 according to the board resolution dated March 29, 2016, as follows:
Article 1: The BOD approved revenue and profit in 2015 and plan for 2016:
I. Revenue and profit in 2015:
- Revenue: VND2,757.5 billion. In which: from primary insurance: VND2,231.2 billion (104.1% of plan 2015 and increasing 5.1% compared to the same period of 2014).
- Profit before tax: VND115 billion (104.5% of plan 2014)
- Dividend: estimated 10%
II. Plan for 2016:
- Revenue: VND2,838 billion (in which: primary insurance: VND2,343 billion)
- Profit before tax: VND120 billion
- Dividend: estimated minimum 10%.
