TDH: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation announced the Board resolution dated March 24, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of public offering:

-          Number of shares allowed to issue to the existing shareholders: 20,982,363 shares

-          Number of shares registered for purchase and deposit: 9,087,531 shares

-          Successful distribution ratio (Phase 1): 43.31% 

-          Number of fractional and unsold shares: 11,894,832 shares (56.69%) 

Article 2: Approving the distribution of fractional and unsold shares:

The fractional and unsold shares will be offered to other investors.

-          Selling price: VND12,500/share

-          Payment time: from March 31, 2016 to April 05, 2016
