Innovative Technology Development Corporation announced Resolution of the Board of Directors date March 28, 2016:

1)    The BOD approved business result in quarter 3/2015.

2)    The BOD approved to pay for the first phase of 2015 cash dividend:

Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

The BOD will chose record date, payment date.

3)    Mr. Nguyen Van Ky was appointed as Director in charge of project in 02 years as from July 01, 2015.
