ITA: ITACO temporarily stops seeking shareholders’ opinions

On January 29, 2016, the Board of Directors of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation approved to temporarily stop seeking shareholders’ approval in writing about the amendment to the Company’s Charter. The Board of Directors decided to change the contents of seeking shareholders’ approval to the 2016 Annual General Meeting in order to take more time to complete the draft of new charter.
