DXG: Receives the assignment of project

On January 28, 2016, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to receive the assignment of a part of KDC and Nam Rach Chiec Resettlement Project in An Phu ward, district 2, Ho Chi Minh city.

The project has the total area of 67,143 m2 and total estimated investment of VND5,145,000,000,000. The transfer value is estimated at VND1,072,000,000,000 (VAT, land-use fees and other occurred expenses included).
