LDG: Cancels the shareholder list of EGM

On February 03, 2016, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

Article 1: To cancel the shareholder list for the second extraordinary general meeting of 2015:

-          To cancel the shareholder list on the record date of November 26, 2015.

-          Reason: to prepare more documents for the meeting.

Article 2: To organize the 2016 annual general meeting of shareholders:

-          Record date: March 02, 2016

-          Meeting date: in March or April 2016
