MBB: Foreign ownership percentage raised to 20%

On February 05, 2016, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank received Document 653/UBCK-PTTT dated February 03, 2016 from the State Securities Commission (SSC). Accordingly, SSC approved to raise the foreign ownership percentage at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank from 10% to 20% of the bank’s outstanding shares.
