GAS: BoD approves the public tender offer for CNG

On January 28, 2015, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation approved a plan to purchase 15,120,000 CNG shares or 56% charter capital of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company.
