MBB: SDFC allowed to merge with MB

Pursuant to Decision No,145 dated February 04, 2016, the State Bank of Vietnam approved the merger of SongDa Finance Joint Stock Company (SDFC) into Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), and to establish a new company: Financial One Member Limited Liability Company Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (short name: M Finance).
Besides, the State Bank allowed MB to issue 31,181,818 shares to exchange for 68,600,000 shares of SDFC.
