FPT: Board Resolution

FPT Corporation announced Board Resolution dated January 27, 2016 as follows:

  Article 1: The Board of Directors approved Mr. Do Cao Bao as Deputy CEO in charge of business as from March 15, 2016.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to change governance model of FPT IS to Board of Members, replacing earlier model of chairman. 

Board of Members of FPT IS include 4 members:

Mr. Truong Gia Binh: a member of the BOD

Mr. Bui Quang Ngoc: a member of the BOD

Mr. Do Cao Bao: a member of the BOD

Mr. Duong Dung Trieu: a member of the BOD

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to organize the annual general meeting of shareholders 2016 (2016 AGM):

Record date:                                     February 24, 2016

Meeting date:                        March 31, 2016

Article 4:  The Board of Directors approved to implement resolution of its 2014 AGM on policies of issuing shares to its people under ESOP in 2015, details as follows:

- The ESOP shares will be restricted for transferring within 03 years.

- Issue ratio: not exceeds 0.5% of the charter capital of the issuing time.

 - Issuing time: before June 30, 2016.
