ITA: ITA transfers stake of ITA 276 Project

Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation has completed procedures for the transfer of shares of ITA 276 Project at 220bis Dien Bien Phu, ward 22, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city and gained US$18.5 million, equivalent to VND394,050,000,000. Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation owns 74% stake of this project. After the transfer, the total proceeds will be added into the Corporation’s income in 2015.
