KTB: KTB to be suspended from trading from Dec 15

On December 08, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.1191/TB-SGDHCM and Decision No.555/QD-SGDHCM to temporarily stop transactions relating to the stock of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company(stock code: KTB) as from December 15, 2015.

Reason: Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company continually violated the regulations on information disclosure on securities market after being placed under the special supervision status affecting the rights of shareholders and investors.
